In Vitro Fertilization New Roadblock to U.S. Citizenship?

An interesting new twist on determining U.S. citizenship has come up in the case of a U.S. citizen living in Israel, who had in vitro fertilization.  The woman had twins whose citizenship was deemed to be in question because their biological connection to the U.S. could not be verified.  Read the complete story below.
